A few years ago Kool Breeze replaced the siding/windows on our home. We contacted another company to install a deck/patio cover. They told us it couldn’t be done because the deck & patio were on two different levels. We gave Kool Breeze a call & they installed an awning over the deck & back patio. The crew did a wonderful job. The entire area was clean when the project was done. We can no go up/down our deck without worrying about slipping in the snow and we can enjoy the entire area without baking in the sun. Wonderful job.

Highly recommend the outstanding company! The bid was to leave existing gutter and down spout. Unfortunately, plans had to change due to structural integrity. However, I just had a separate deck installation company cut around trex board down spout. Now I have a hole in brand new trex board. Scott and crew from Kool Breeze purchased and replaced trex board at no additional cost!! They also touched up additional areas of cosmetic flashing for free. Glad to know there are still good people and companies around, that have honor, integrity, and guarantee customer satisfaction!! Thanks again! Go with these guys, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
